You’ll train 6 days per week for 1 hour a day, with high-intensity HIIT intervals in between weight lifting sets - instead of rest.

In the next 12 weeks, you’ll eat a clean, anti-inflammatory diet designed to nourish your body and get lean.
If you follow this precise nutrition plan to the letter, you’ll see your body go through 3 phrases → (1) Gym lean (2) Beach lean (3) Stage lean . Choose from a list of wholesome foods and example recipes.
No meal plans are provided on PURPOSE. Prescriptive “one sizel fits all” meal plans don’t give wiggle room for adapting to your unique bod. Even though “pre-planned recipes” sounds appealing, in the realness of daily life, errands and go-go-go, sticking to them feels like a chore vs. fantastic.
The SV 12 Week Shred protocol is intense, which is why I want you to properly nourish your body.
