I wanted to start a "health" blog to share what I have learned and experienced over the years in my quest to be the healthiest version of myself. I am close to 50 and I feel healthier now than I did at 25, mostly due to exercise and nutrition protocols I have followed and continue to incorporate into my life. We all know the most important aspect in life is to have your health, for without it we are unable to live fully.
